June 10, 2025 Meeting Minutes:
OLD BUSINESS:
- Future events to sell Raffle Tickets will be posted on the club's Google Calendar (see "Calendar Page". Volunteers will be needed.
- Tickets for members to sell are available from Dennis Crawford (715-410-1436).
- Map ad solicitations are well underway for the 2026-27 County Trail Map.
- A new printer has been selected: Chippewa Valleu Litho.
- Kent Chambard is managing the ads for our club.
- Arrangements are well underway for the upcoming 30th annual Shrine Ride, scheduled for August 16th.
- A $25 min. donation is required to participate.
- Pledge books are available (no charge for books) at the clubhouse or through Bud's Tool Rental in Rice Lake.
- We were informed that our club has raised a total of $366,860 for Shriner's Children's Hospitals over the past 29 years.
- Spring mowing and brushing operations are nearly complete on the WRT, after which mowing Cumberland's trails will commence (as requested by the ICSC).
- Grading and filling on the Cedar Lake trails will also take place prior to the end of this year's funding cycle (June 30th).
- The club also plans to clear a path to re-route the Moon Lake Snowmobile Trail before the end of June.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Construction of the "Grain Bin" Shelter on the Narrow-Gauge ATV Trail has been completed.
- There are plans to construct another shelter later this season on the Cedar Lake Trail.
- The club's next Thursday Dinner Ride is scheduled for June 12th, departing the clubhouse at 6 p.m. Destination: Barronett Bar & Grill.
- Scott Stevenson's name was drawn for our "Attendance Raffle" and he WAS in attendance to accept his prize.
- Our next club meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 24th, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the clubhouse.
