What We Do

We are a family oriented snowmobile & ATV Club. Our club maintains over 60 miles of trails and routes in and around the Rice Lake WI area.

•  We work with land owners and Townships to acquire permission for these trails, then perform trail marking, brushing, grooming and grading.

• We sponsor events and raffles to help cover the ever increasing costs of maintaining our equipment and trails.

• We strive to educate the public about our sports and the trail system.

• We actively support and participate in the Assoc. of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs (AWSC), Wisconsin ATV Assoc. (WATVA) and the Barron County  & WI DNR Recreational Trails Administrations.



Why Join a club?  

1. Wisconsin's snowmobile trail system is comprised of nearly 25,000 miles of funded, interconnected trails only made possible by volunteer efforts of club members from the state’s 596 snowmobile clubs. 
2. Primary funding for ATV and Snowmobile trails is derived from registration fees, trail passes and gas tax allowances, however, additional revenue must be raised locally each year through club fundraising activities to cover all of the costs associated with owning and maintaining equipment.
3. All snowmobilers and ATVers are urged to join a club to support, protect and fully enjoy these sports.

New members are always welcome in the Rice Lake Snow & Dirt Club. 



Snow & Dirt Club Membership Benefits

• Includes membership in the AWSC (Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs ) and WATVA (Wisconsin ATV Association).

• Numerous planned rides and events.

• Annual Dues are $25 for families or individuals 18 years of age or older. Renewals are due each April 1. Family memberships include both adult parents and their children who are under 18 years of age.

• Our meetings are normally held each 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month , 7 p.m. (see calendar page for exceptions) at our clubhouse: 2251 Co. Rd SS, Rice Lake (just west of the Rice Lake Race Track).
